This is an upsetting experience for Investors who <\/span><b><i>are <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">insured so you can only imagine the stress levels if that happened at an <\/span><b><i>uninsured <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While your Property Manager can undertake a thorough checking process to help secure great Tenants, there are some factors that just cannot be predicted; such as sickness, unemployment and divorce. Any of these could turn a great Tenant into one who no longer pays the rent on time or at all. These include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenant repairs (any work repair executed by the tenant that results in damages to property structure or contents)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">General wear and tear (including mould damage or peeling paint)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building defects<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenant contents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Market conditions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Run-of-the-mill expenses (e.g.\u00a0 payment for lawn mowing service or a plumber\u2019s bill for unblocking a clogged pipe)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Is Landlord Insurance worth it?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YES! Landlord insurance is a very sensible investment if you are a Property Owner. As mentioned above, accidents do happen and even natural disasters are inevitable.
